Prioritization in a startup

A startup has to move fast.

Besides the speed there is a lot of emphasis on the MVP.

I thought I understand how to prioritize features for the MVP.

I didn’t.

I saw myself come up with a milion things that seem essential.

When I joined someone who had a few startups under his belt - I completely change my view.

What you think matters really doesn’t.

At least not in the beginning.
