Market valid procrastinating

Validation is useful until it becomes the thing you do instead of building. 

And you won’t notice when it crosses that line because it still feels like work. 

You’ll have spreadsheets. 

Quotes from users. 

A refined problem statement. 

All of this looks nice from the outside, which is the point. 

Nobody can call you reckless if you’re “still validating.” 

But at some point you started looking for certainty that doesn’t exist. 

You want the interviews to tell you it’ll work. 

They can’t. 

They can tell you the problem exist, but never with 100% certainty. 

There is a point where you know you stopped learning.

And you probably already know if you’re going to build this or not.
